We now recommend to invoke the kas container via --command, and then the
entrypoint script is already run implicitly.

Strike that: The testsuite execution inside kas shell is broken as we
are then already inside a bitbake env while avocado wants us outside. I
guess we should just drop this script and related contribution
guidelines which are not executable for a long time.

Running the testsuite remains painful.
