In d6b395c5 we replaced the isar-exclude-docs logic with a rootfs
feature and issued a warning that the old isar-exclude-docs package
should not be used anymore. However, exactly this warning broke the
package itself, as it replaced the do_prepare_build function which is
used to create the debianization.

We now just prepend to that function instead of replacing it, which
issues the warning but keeps the package buildable.
